RoyOMartin seeks a Maintenance Planner to support plant maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order systems using Maximo CMMS. You will determine labor costs, material needs, and provide parts details for quotes while developing project schedules and maintaining up-to-date drawings and information.

The role also involves setting annual maintenance goals, leading weekly scheduling meetings, maintaining downtime databases, and reporting on costs.

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Maximo CMMS experience in a maintenance environment.
• Self-starter with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Intermediate math skills and strong problem-solving ability.
• Excellent computer skills and familiarity with technical terms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Maximo CMMS and Project Scheduler.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for plant maintenance planning, scheduling, and work order systems using Maximo.
• Determines labor costs and material requirements for all work orders.
• Provides parts information on purchase requisitions for quoting.
• Develops, issues, and posts project schedules.
• Keeps drawings and machine center information current and organized.
• Prepares annual maintenance goals and conducts weekly scheduling meetings with assignments.
• Maintains site downtime database and required maintenance.
• Reports results and costs related to top downtime issues.
• Ensures plant histories are stored in Maximo CMMS.
• Prepares outage schedules and meetings; tours job sites as needed.
• Assists in resolving planning/scheduling, Maximo CMMS and department issues.
• Measures and reports on maintenance benchmarks and supports budget preparations.
