Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting seeks a CMMS Coordinator to serve as the primary site resource for IBM Maximo and maintenance workflow execution in a heavy industrial setting. The role focuses on CMMS administration, user support, process consistency, and continuous improvement, not day-to-day scheduling or long-range turnaround planning.

You will train users, develop standard work, and report on CMMS adoption and data quality.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on Maximo experience in an industrial environment.
Strong CMMS workflow and maintenance execution knowledge.
Experience supporting CMMS implementation and user adoption.
Excellent troubleshooting and data quality skills.
Detail-oriented with strong communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary functional support resource for Maximo users at the site.
Support CMMS implementation, testing, rollout validation, issue tracking, and stabilization.
Troubleshoot user issues, workflow breakdowns, and data quality gaps.
Ensure maintenance workflows are consistently followed across teams.
Develop SOPs, job aids, and standard work for Maximo processes.
Support KPI tracking and reporting for CMMS adoption and data integrity.
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and leadership to strengthen workflow discipline.
