Responsibilities

• Manage the computerized maintenance administration system (CMMS) to assure proper information flow.
• Register equipment data, preventive and predictive maintenance information in CMMS.
• Register job order information when necessary.
• Develop, update or correct maintenance and calibration lists.
• Manage and provide training to all maintenance department users.
• Develop metrics and reports for all maintenance activities according to user requirements.
• Support any spare parts CMMS system requests.
• Develop, update and review procedures.
• Formal performance monthly reports for all technical personnel (excluding GMARS Data Admin and Engineering Coordinator):
• Work Orders Executed (per resource)
• GMARs Hours Documented (per resource)

Qualifications, Requirements, Knowledge, Education, Skills

• BS in Science, preferred.
• 1-2 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in computers and software is a must.
• Maintenance experience 1-3 years, preferred.

Physical Requirements and Working Environment

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, feel, or operate equipment, tools, or controls; frequently stands, walks, talks, or hears; sits; climbs or balances, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls; and smells.
• May lift and/or move up to 25-35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• May frequently work inside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and an odorous atmosphere; may be exposed to fumes and the risk of electrical shock; and occasionally work on ladders in high places, in small spaces such as lift/metering stations, manholes, tanks, and wet wells.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.
