Job summary

The Maryland Transportation Authority (MDTA) is seeking a Shop Administrative Technician III to provide administrative and technical support for department operations, including CMMS data entry, labor tracking, and procurement activities.

Reporting to the Intelligent Transportation Systems Manager and other designated officials, the role supports purchasing, inventory, records, and timekeeping. Open vacancies exist in Baltimore County and Prince George's County, MD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of administrative support experience.
• Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry into the Maximo CMMS, track labor hours and report issues to supervisors.
• Generate work orders and reports for supervisors and managers.
• Maintain vehicle unit numbers and update central database files.
