Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani in Maui seeks a Villa Concierge who connects villa guests with the island's best beaches, dining, and cultural experiences. You will be an ambassador for exceptional service, with a passion to anticipate needs and ensure guests feel valued throughout their stay.

Strong communication, English proficiency, and hospitality know-how are essential. You will coordinate requests, assist with check-in/check-out when needed, maintain information, and build relationships with local

Qualifications

Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must be able to read and write to communicate effectively.
Must be service oriented and able to liaise with all levels of authority.

Responsibilities

Coordinate guest requests and maintain itineraries to high satisfaction.
Assist with villa check-in/check-out in the Manager's absence.
Maintain up-to-date information between guests, staff and partners daily.
Develop relationships with Fairmont properties, Maui community and service providers.
Manage time to complete tasks per shift requirements.
