Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui seeks a Guest Services Associate to deliver exceptional service in a luxury, all-suite environment. You will coordinate arrivals, answer calls, and manage guest requests using Royal Service and resort software, while upholding the resort’s high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or vocational training.
• A Degree in Hotel/Hospitality or Tourism is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the activities of the Arrival Team.
• Answer all incoming calls and transfer callers to extensions.
• Communicate guest requests via resort software.
• Maintain the Royal Service software system.
• Ensure requests are followed up per standards.
• Assist Front Office with administrative duties as required.
• Maintain station readiness and equipment.
