Maui Resort Rentals is seeking a service-minded Guest Experience Liaison to be the primary contact for guests and owners throughout their stay in Maui. In this fast-paced role you will oversee the full guest life cycle, manage communications, and proactively resolve concerns with professionalism and care.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance, support leadership, and act as a local ambassador—providing tailored recommendations and attentive service to ensure memorable

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in guest relations or hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willing to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to resolve guest concerns professionally.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the guest life cycle and self-service check-in.
• Manage guest communications and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate arrival and departure follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping and Maintenance.
• Be a local ambassador with personalized recommendations.
• Provide flexible support to Operations managers.
• Triage on-site issues or emergencies.
• Procure office, guest, and owner supplies and maintain records.
