Job summary

Fairmont Kea Lani Maui is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to coordinate hotel room requirements for group business, wholesale partners, and direct leisure guests. You will ensure VIP and special requests are handled with warmth and accuracy, while guiding a team to achieve targets.

Responsibilities include supervising the Reservations team, managing rates and promotions, and ensuring high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Reservations and/or Front Office experience required.
• Reservations and/or Front Office supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to reservation requests and guest communications courteously and efficiently.
• Assist Reservations Manager in monitoring day-to-day operations and scheduling.
• Provide supervision, motivation, training, and support to Reservations team colleagues.
• Update team on rates, promotions, packages and corporate programs.
• Ensure call volumes and administrative duties are managed efficiently.
• Coach agents in upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
• Maintain knowledge of resort facilities and services for guest inquiries.
