Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Accounting and Bookkeeping, including debits/credits, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
• Experience using Accounting Software and basic familiarity with related office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, ERP or POS systems).
• Ability to assist with Financial Statements by compiling data, reviewing for accuracy, and supporting report preparation.
• Understanding of Finance principles relevant to budgeting, cost tracking, and cash flow support.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role, ideally in manufacturing, agriculture, beverage, or hospitality, is a plus.
• Comfort working on-site in Kula, HI, and ability to meet role-specific scheduling requirements.

Responsibilities
