Job summary

Four Seasons Maui seeks a Spa Coordinator to warmly welcome guests, orient them to the spa, and manage bookings for spa services and recreational experiences. You will check guests in and out and support scheduling to balance therapist workloads and maximize spa productivity.

The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and experience in a luxury environment. Evening and weekend availability is expected as part of a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of related experience
• Experience in luxury or high-end hospitality preferred
• Strong communication and guest-service orientation

Responsibilities

• Greet and orient guests to the Spa, book spa services and recreational reservations
• Check guests in and out of the Spa
• Balance therapist and room schedules to optimize spa productivity and fairness
