Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Lobby Lounge Server to provide exceptional guest service in our open-air beachfront resort. You will describe items, coordinate with kitchen, and ensure timely delivery with accuracy and warmth. The role is full-time and requires evening and weekend availability.

Experience in food & beverage, ability to carry a tray, and strong cash handling are essential. Hawaii Food Handler's Card and Maui Liquor Card are required; ServSafe within 3 months is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years of food & beverage service experience is required.
• Must be able to carry and balance a tray during service.
• Must be able to accurately process cash and card transactions.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card and Maui Liquor Card are required.
• Tuberculosis clearance and ServSafe certification within 3 months.

Responsabilités

• Describe menu items with vivid, accurate descriptions to guests.
• Coordinate with kitchen and servers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Close guest checks and process cash/credit payments accurately.
