Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field merchandising representative to travel across Kauai, stocking and rotating products at grocery stores and beverage outlets. You will use company tech for routing, document displays, and help maintain backstock while driving your own vehicle.

The role offers a starting pay of $23.00/hr with overtime potential, plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements. Benefits include PTO, 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older, or meet state minimum.
• Reliable personal vehicle with valid license and insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0–6 months general work experience.

Responsabilités

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock and rotate products.
• Transport products using pallet jack or hand truck as needed.
• Use company systems for routing, accuracy, and account monitoring.
• Upload photos of displays and backstock to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock to support inventory levels.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Pay: $23.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek
• Shift: Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Kauai

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
