Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Sales role supporting grocery stores, bars and restaurants across Maui. You will drive your own vehicle, earn hourly pay with overtime and monthly incentives, and receive car and mileage reimbursement.

The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with strong benefits and a clear path for growth. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, be at least 21, and have reliable transportation with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/GED with 3–5+ years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage as required by law
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining existing distribution
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, communicate pricing and product promotions, coordinate displays and POS materials
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned

• Pay: $25.75 - $27.50/hr starting pay with overtime potential + opportunities to earn monthly incentives throughout the year
• Schedule: Full-time 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support sales at grocery stores, retail beverage outlets, bars & restaurants throughout Maui with monthly car and mileage reimbursement.

Position Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
