Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based Merchandiser to service Maui grocery stores and retail beverage outlets using your personal vehicle. You will stock, rotate, and display products on assigned routes, complete merchandising checkouts, and document execution with photos.

The role starts at $24.00 per hour with overtime potential, plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements. A $1,000 sign-on bonus, combined with a strong benefits package and growth opportunities, are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver’s license and auto insurance meeting company/state requirements.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0–6 months of general work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck when needed.
• Use company systems for routing, account monitoring, and documentation of execution.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting in-store execution.
• Maintain backstock areas and ensure proper inventory levels and product freshness.

• $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid per company policy)


• Pay:$24.00/hr starting pay with overtime potential plus mileage and monthly car reimbursements


• Schedule:5 days per week, including both Saturday and Sunday, with two days off midweek


• Shift:Start times as early as 6am – 7am; working an average of 8-10 hours per day


• Field based position driving your personal vehicle to support grocery stores & retail beverage outlets throughout the island of Maui

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes


• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck


• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring


• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts


• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• A candidate must be 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.


• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.


• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis


• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
