Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, education, or related STEM field from US schools (Master's or higher preferred; near graduation accepted).
• Teaching experience in math and/or college-level tutoring.
• Academic history showing high achievement (e.g., 3.5+ GPA).
• Proficiency with MS Office and cloud tools.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire small groups of students to drive mastery in math core skills.
• Monitor progress using Vanguard's curriculum and guide growth.
• Maintain schedules, respond promptly, and hold students accountable.
• Lead development of engaging lesson plans and curriculum.
• Mentor middle and high school students navigating college prep.
