Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in mathematics, education, or related STEM field (US schools).
• Teaching experience in math or college-level tutoring (1+ years).
• Academic history with high achievement (e.g., 3.5+ GPA).
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suites.
• Access to reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire small core groups to drive long-term mastery in math.
• Track student progress using Vanguard’s curriculum and growth opportunities.
• Organize schedules, respond promptly, and hold students accountable.
• Innovate by developing evolving lesson plans and curriculum.
• Mentor middle and high school students navigating college prep.
