Vanguard College Prep is seeking a Math Instructor to join our fast-growing team in Texas. You will teach core math skills to small groups, aiming for long-term mastery and top ACT/SAT scores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, education, or related STEM field (US Schools).
• Teaching experience in math or at a college tutoring center (1+ years).
• GPA 3.5+ as indicated in the resume or academic history.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and G-Suites.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Teach and inspire small groups to drive mastery and top ACT/SAT scores.
• Track student growth with Vanguard's multi-phase curriculum and provide growth opportunities.
• Model professionalism and maintain schedules and timely communication with students.
• Innovate with evolving lesson plans and curriculum.
• Mentor middle and high school students with empathy.
