Job summary

MGT in Dayton, Ohio is seeking a Math Content Coach on the Turnaround team to coach teachers and school-based staff, analyze standards and data, and design scaffolded, standards-aligned instruction.

You will travel 4–5 days a week to client sites, mentor district and school teams, lead professional development, and contribute to product and process improvements while reporting weekly and monthly progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five+ years of professional coaching experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching and leadership in mathematics and pedagogy to teachers and coaches.
• Lead data analysis and design of scaffolded, standards-aligned instruction.
• Deliver professional development and model high-impact instructional strategies.
• Travel 4–5 days a week to client sites within Dayton, Ohio (on-site).
