Job summary

AmeriSchools Academy is seeking an experienced Math Instructional Coach for the Phoenix campus to support high-quality mathematics instruction for the 2026/2027 academic year. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in education, mathematics or related field.
• Arizona teaching certificate.
• Several years of successful mathematics teaching in K–12.

Responsibilities

• Model effective mathematics lessons and evidence-based instructional strategies in classrooms.
• Co-Plan lessons with teachers and assist with curriculum planning and pacing.
• Observe mathematics instruction and provide constructive, non-evaluative feedback.
• Help teachers implement the school’s mathematics curriculum and Arizona standards.
• Provide targeted coaching and professional development in mathematics instruction.
• Lead grade-level or instructional meetings related to mathematics teaching and student achievement.
• Train teachers on curriculum materials and educational technology.
• Analyze assessment data to identify learning trends and guide instruction.
