Job summary

The ReNEW Schools network is seeking an Elementary Math Coach to lead K–6 mathematics instruction as a certified instructional leader. You will model, coach, observe, and provide feedback to teachers, aligning lessons to district standards and math curriculum, and analyzing data to guide instruction.

You will collaborate with principals and district leaders, develop targeted improvement plans, and support high-quality math teaching across campuses, funded by a Lilly Endowment grant through 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Indiana license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of successful math teaching experience and PD/coaching
• Experience using formative and summative data to drive instruction

Responsibilities

• Provide student-centered coaching to K–6 math teachers through modeling, co-teaching, observation, and feedback.
• Support curriculum alignment and high-quality math instruction across K–6.
• Analyze assessment data to identify student needs and inform instruction.
• Develop targeted action plans and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with district and building leaders to implement data-driven practices.
