Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse in the 35019 Atrium Health Union West - Nursing: Maternity unit in Matthews, NC. The role involves (3) 12-hour shifts every six weeks with weekend and holiday requirements; PRN Nights. Pay range is $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Competenze

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing care.
• BLS certification; additional certifications may be required by specialty.

• Engages in ongoing quality initiatives and evidence-based practice to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the team.
• Maintain a culture of safety and effective communication within the unit.
