Job summary

Nadia Care seeks a full-time Maternity Navigator (MN) to support expectant and new mothers in the Greater Nashville area. You will bridge healthcare and the community, ensuring moms feel heard, empowered, and equipped for a healthy pregnancy.

You will join a team focused on wrap-around support, care navigation, and virtual engagement to meet moms where they are, with schedule flexibility including occasional weekends and on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy or healthcare navigation as one of the listed certs.
• Experience providing prenatal and postpartum health education.
• Ability to communicate with empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually or in person and educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team in daily huddles.
