Job summary

Nadia Care seeks a full-time Maternity Navigator to support expectant and new mothers in the Memphis area. You will work with Nadia members to provide care navigation, education on prenatal/postpartum health, and access to resources, both in person and virtually.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated support. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in community health or healthcare navigation, CHW or CMA credentials, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in community health, patient advocacy, or healthcare navigation as a CHW or CMA.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish; strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to educate on prenatal/postpartum health and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Meet mothers virtually or in-person to educate on urgent maternal signs and postpartum recovery.
• Educate on birth positions and breathing techniques; prepare mothers for birth.
• Attend daily huddles with Nadia specialists and document all care interactions clearly.
