Millenniumsoft seeks a Communication Specialist in Indianapolis to support the MCH MOMS Helpline. This role focuses on providing information, referrals, and resources to mothers, pregnant women, and families, bridging gaps to home visiting programs and community services.

You will answer incoming calls, assess barriers, maintain records, and collaborate with state partners to reduce infant mortality and improve child health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Social Work or related field.
• Experience in roles involving maternal needs or work with young children.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming calls and identify barriers to accessing services.
• Provide information, referrals, and resources linking families to community services.
• Maintain filing system for all cases and generate caller data reports.
• Develop knowledge of early childhood programs and eligibility processes.
• Attend staff meetings and collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
