Infoorigin Inc. is seeking a Communication Specialist to support the MOMS Helpline in Indianapolis, IN. You will handle incoming/outgoing calls, identify caller needs, and refer families to healthcare and social services. The role requires empathetic communication, intake screening, and meticulous record-keeping. Requires a Bachelor's in a related field and proficiency with MS Office.

Contract position with remote option not applicable; interview via video.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and identify callers' needs.

• Conduct intake screenings and follow up with clients.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare daily call and referral reports.
• Communicate professionally with families, service providers, and community partners.
