Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a Program Manager to lead nursing maternal/perinatal initiatives at our Mount Pleasant facility. You will collaborate with the Maternal Medical Director and regional leaders to implement clinical strategies, policies and practices that enhance patient care, safety, and operational excellence.

The role requires strong interpersonal and leadership skills to drive standardization, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement across the maternal care continuum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Co-Chairs the facility’s Maternal QAPI Committee along with the Maternal Medical Director.
• Oversees maternal/perinatal practice and program plans.
• Leads development and implementation of clinical strategies and policies.
• Ensures compliance with benchmarks, standards, and quality indicators.
• Provides leadership and training to staff.
