Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Presentation and communication skills required.
• 5+ years of clinical neonatal nursing experience.
• RN license in the state of employment (or compact) required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification required.

Responsibilities

• Co-Chairs the Neonatal Quality/Oversight & Operations Committee(s) with the Neonatal Medical Director.
• Plan and implement strategic plans for the neonatal service line.
• Monitor performance indicators and initiate corrective actions when targets are missed.
• Lead development and implementation of evidence-based neonatal policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing leadership and training to ensure team readiness and quality care.
