Job summary

Midland Memorial Hospital in Midland, TX seeks a Clinical Manager focusing on patient safety. BSN is required; Texas RN license must be current. Leadership experience is preferred, and adherence to BLS/NRP is expected within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; if not yet, enrollment with graduation within 6 months of hire.
• Current Texas RN license is required.
• 1 year of leadership experience is preferred.
• BLS required; NRP within 6 months; STABLE courses encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned areas, including staffing and throughput.
• Oversee quality management audits and data analysis.
• Implement corrective actions related to employee performance.
• Foster communication and stakeholder relationships through shared decision making.
• Allocate 60% of time to NICU, Lactation and Child Birth Education; 40% to program management.
• Chairs the neonatal QA and process improvement (QAPI) monthly meetings.
