Job summary

King & George, LLC is seeking a Traffic Management Office Manager to lead daily TMO operations at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA. You will coordinate freight and passenger support, ensure documentation accuracy and maintain oversight during exercises or surge conditions.

The role requires ensuring HAZMAT, load planning and MHE qualifications are current, and providing coverage while adhering to government authority boundaries.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in Traffic Management and Aerial Port operations within the last ten years.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hazardous Cargo certification as a certifying official under AFMAN 24-604, A25.3, and DTR 4500.9-R, Part II.
• Load Planning and Joint Inspector qualifications; MHE qualification for 2K-15K equipment.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily TMO operations and coordinate freight and passenger support.
• Oversee hazardous cargo preparation, load planning and joint inspection activities.
• Maintain personnel qualification records and required HAZMAT appointments.
• Provide designated alternate coverage and perform no duties outside the TMO function.
• Coordinate travel, cargo, packing and deployment-support priorities across the assigned staff.
• Monitor shipment discrepancies, urgent receipts and passenger-service requirements and elevate unresolved delays.
• Oversee timely updates and reports from CMOS, GATES, eSecure and transportation billing processes through the authorized personnel.
• Verify HAZMAT, load-planning, joint-inspection and MHE qualification coverage.
• Apply the proposal’s management-only boundary: do not perform physical packing/handling, certify shipment documents or exercise Government traffic approval authority.
