Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC seeks a Program Manager to lead all base operations support contract functions on-site at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, coordinating performance, staffing, and customer interfaces.

The role serves as the principal Government interface, translating contract requirements into work priorities while preserving QA independence and ensuring readiness across surge and emergency support. On-site leadership across cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

Experience managing three or more BOS functions in the last six years.
PM/Project Management certification from an accredited body.
Fluent English for government interfaces and briefings.
Ability to allocate resources and manage multiple service areas.
On-site core-hours and after-hours availability.
Must pass background investigations and credentialing.

Responsibilities

Direct functional managers and coordinate integrated contract performance.
Attend Government meetings and respond within two hours for emergencies.
Maintain the integrated staffing plan, recall roster and succession/alternate coverage.
Review performance, risks and deliverables; direct corrective action and escalation.
Lead phase-in readiness and 30-, 60- and 90-day operational reviews.
Coordinate Work Control and emergency interfaces during contingencies and recovery.
Provide oversight rather than entering data or conducting safety audits.
