Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months field testing experience.
• ACI Level I certification required.
• Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety Training certification required.
• Understanding of Proctor Compaction and USCS soil classification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, understand and execute written and verbal directions.
• Perform tests and inspections in the field with supervision.
• Submit daily field reports documenting testing and observations.
• Document non-conforming items to project supervision.
• Calibrate and maintain field equipment per codes and standards.
• Transport and operate a nuclear density gauge following safety guidelines.
