Job summary

Building & Earth Sciences, Inc. seeks a Construction Materials Testing Technician - Level I in Columbus, GA to observe field testing, prepare samples, and document results in accordance with project specifications.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months experience, a current ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level I certification, and the ability to work night shifts and weekends. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of sample preparation, collection & testing and field observations.
• Must pass relevant tests and/or achieve valid signatures.
• Ability to prepare understandable test reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform tests and inspections according to project requirements.
• Submit daily field reports documenting testing and observations.
• Transport and operate field equipment and gauges.
