Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• MS applications proficiency; experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, quality, environmental, and housekeeping requirements.
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials with proper documentation and timely Oracle transactions.
• Verify COAs, maintain receiving logs, and ensure compliance with SOX and quality requirements.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, damages, and documentation issues with internal departments and carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage, labeling, transactions, cycle counts, and audits.
• Load, unload, store, and transfer raw materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Monitor and verify raw material inventory at onsite and offsite locations, coordinating daily replenishment for 48-hour onsite supply.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support other warehouse operations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Other duties may be assigned.
