Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, and process incoming materials with precise documentation and Oracle transactions. You will maintain inventory accuracy, verify COAs, and support SOX and quality requirements in daily operations.

The role requires forklift certification, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced environment. On-site work with safety-focused processes is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 years related experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
• Forklift certified or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming materials with proper documentation and Oracle transactions.
• Verify COAs and maintain receiving logs while complying with SOX and quality requirements.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and documentation issues with internal teams and carriers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage, labeling, transactions, and cycle counts.
• Load, unload, store, and transfer raw materials using forklifts and material-handling equipment.
• Monitor and verify raw material inventory at onsite and offsite locations; coordinate daily replenishment to maintain 48-hour onsite supply.
