Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a Program Materials Manager in Goodyear, AZ to own the end-to-end sourcing plan for complex programs. You will manage POs, BOM-based demand, and lead-time visibility to keep projects on schedule.

You will build program-level dashboards, surface shortages, and drive material readiness with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing program management, materials management, or related manufacturing function.
• Experience managing sourcing plans, PO status, material shortages, and BOM-driven demand.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end sourcing plan across three commodity groups.
• Maintain PO visibility with dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Ensure BOM-to-purchase integrity and lead-time accuracy.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, and Supply Chain.
