GTI Fabrication in Goodyear, AZ seeks a Purchasing Program Manager to own end-to-end sourcing plans, PO visibility, and BOM-to-purchase integrity across three commodity groups. You will lead cross-functional sourcing, align lead times with schedules, and drive material readiness for complex projects.

The role requires 5+ years in procurement/program management, strong ERP/MRP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to communicate program milestones to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in procurement, purchasing program management, or related manufacturing functions.
• Experience managing sourcing plans, PO status, shortages, and BOM-driven demand.
• Strong ERP/MRP knowledge and ability to analyze large datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills for program-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead program sourcing and material readiness across three commodity groups.
• Align sourcing and PO dates with the program schedule; drive recovery plans.
• Validate lead times and maintain a material status gate for scheduling.
• Own on-order status, dashboards, and KPI reporting to reveal shortages and risks.
• Escalate material risk with recommended actions to leadership.
• Drive BOM-to-purchase integrity and coordinate with Design and Manufacturing teams.
• Lead cross-functional reviews and ensure material constraints are reflected in scheduling.
• Establish standard work and continuous improvement for material readiness.
