Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Tempe, AZ is seeking an ERP Material Control Coordinator to manage BOM uploads, item setup, and demand maintenance for the site, aligning with production needs and the ERP Lead's standards. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure data accuracy, resolve BOM discrepancies, and support continuous improvements across multiple programs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry, ERP systems administration, or material coordination in manufacturing.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings, BOMs, and work instructions with high accuracy.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic database operations.
• Strong communication and collaboration across production, engineering, and supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day ERP BOM upload, item setup, and demand maintenance for assigned site.
• Maintain PBOM currency, consolidate demand, and ensure PO visibility.
• Address BOM discrepancies and coordinate with leads to resolve data issues.
• Provide production BOM support, answer questions, and escalate only when needed.
• Follow BOM lifecycle processes and contribute improvements with ERP Lead.
• Help build continuity and train future team members on BOM processes.
