Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Tempe, AZ seeks an ERP Material Control Lead to own the BOM/ERP data lifecycle across Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing. You will manage MBOM/PBOM readiness for 20+ programs and ensure accurate ERP item setup and demand planning.

Lead a small team, train the ERP Material Control Coordinator, and drive data quality, process ownership, and cross-site coordination with Buffalo. Travel 10-15% to Buffalo, NY is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP, supply chain, BOM management or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience creating and maintaining EBOM/MBOM/PBOM in manufacturing.
• Proficiency with ERP systems including BOM modules, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and teamwork.
• Experience with Engineering Change Notices (ECN) / ECR.
• Proven data quality assurance and problem-solving under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own MBOM readiness and PBOM creation for 20+ active programs.
• Reconcile EBOM and MBOM, build ERP indented structures.
• Manage initial ERP item setup, BOM upload, and demand creation.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, IT for BOM questions.
• Train and guide the ERP Material Control Coordinator.
• Define and enforce BOM lifecycle processes end-to-end.
