Job summary

GTI Fabrication is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to own end-to-end sourcing for complex programs, ensuring material readiness and on-time delivery across three commodity groups. You will be the bridge between design, manufacturing, and procurement to align plans with the program schedule and lead times.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and ERP/MRP experience, with a focus on proactive risk management and data-driven decision making to support fast-paced,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field, or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• 5+ years of procurement/purchasing program management or related manufacturing experience.
• Experience managing sourcing plans, PO status, and BOM-driven demand.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the project sourcing plan across three commodity groups.
• Align sourcing with program schedule, lead times, and delivery dates.
• Validate commitments against lead times and manage the lead-time gate.
• Own on-order status and develop program-level material dashboards and KPIs.
• Escalate material risk with clear actions to leadership.
• Drive BOM-to-purchase integrity and coordinate with Design Engineering and Manufacturing.
