Job summary

GTI Fabrication in Goodyear, AZ is seeking a Production Control Technician to drive shop-floor execution and material flow. You will work with the Value Stream Planner to align schedules, monitor WIP, and escalate risks that affect customer delivery.

The role emphasizes data integrity, inventory accuracy, and strong coordination across Operations, Materials, and Production teams in a fast-paced, on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in production control and manufacturing operations.
• Experience with ERP/MRP, MES or production tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analysis, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production schedules and release/launch jobs per plan.
• Coordinate sequencing based on demand, materials, and constraints.
• Track status, communicate delays, and maintain a live heat map.
• Validate material availability and CTB readiness for build.
• Maintain accurate WIP, BOMs, routings, and system data.
