Job summary

United Launch Alliance (ULA) invites motivated STEM students to join our Material and Process Engineering Internship at multiple ULA locations in Denver, Pueblo, Cape Canaveral, and Decatur. You will work alongside experienced engineers on materials, processes, and manufacturing specifications to support launch vehicle programs.

This 10‑week summer internship emphasizes hands‑on testing, data analysis, design reviews, and technical reporting.

Qualifications

• Must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and be enrolled for Fall 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist in materials selection, characterization, and qualification of components.
• Support development of material, process, and manufacturing specifications.
• Analyze test data and prepare technical reports and presentations.
• Participate in design reviews, laboratory activities, and hardware reviews.
