Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material planning and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and uninterrupted production support. You will supervise staff, coordinate inbound/outbound flow, and drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in warehouse or supply chain roles, a Bachelor’s in a related field, and strong Excel and ERP experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, material planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehouse operations, and material flow processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material planning and warehouse operations, including inventory control, material movement, and storage activities.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and operational requirements.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control procedures.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow to support operational efficiency and on-time delivery.
• Lead warehouse personnel and planning support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and planning teams to resolve material shortages and operational issues.
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies.
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and material planning efficiency.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP and inventory management systems.
