Modine Manufacturing Company (US) is seeking an MP&L Manager to oversee material planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain execution to support operational efficiency and customer delivery performance.

The role leads planning and logistics teams, develops PFEP strategies, coordinates with SIOP, and drives lean improvements to optimize material flow and align with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
• Five+ years of general business experience, ideally in procurement or manufacturing.
• Two+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong decision making, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee production scheduling to meet customer demand.
• Create monthly production and inventory plans.
• Develop PFEP strategy to optimize inventory levels.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on inventory strategy.
• Partner with SIOP to align monthly projections.
• Manage material planning and purchasing staff.
• Ensure PO management and exception handling supports schedules.
• Communicate with operations daily to address shortages.
• Apply lean concepts to improve material flow and warehousing.
• Maintain safety culture in MP&L team.
