Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an MP&L Manager to oversee material planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination to support efficient operations and on-time customer delivery. This role leads planning and logistics teams and partners with cross-functional groups to align supply chain with business goals.

The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent is required.
5+ years of general business experience, 2+ years in a leadership role.
Strong decision making, interpersonal and communication skills along with excellent computer skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills along with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
Experience navigating an ERP system is required, and skill in SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee production scheduling activities; ensure materials are available to meet customer demand.
Produce monthly production and inventory plan to achieve targets and meet delivery lead times.
Create PFEP strategy and execution to optimize inventory levels.
Develop stocking strategies and align with factory footprint and cross-functional teams.
Interface with sales and operations leadership to ensure planning requirements are met.
