Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Materials Planning & Logistics (MP&L) Manager to oversee material planning, inventory management, logistics coordination, and supply chain execution. This role leads planning and logistics teams, drives inventory strategy, and aligns supply chain operations with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a strong leadership presence, analytical capabilities, and experience in manufacturing or distribution settings to improve

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in business, engineering, or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of general business experience, ideally in procurement function and/or in a manufacturing plant. 2 or more years in a leadership role.
• Strong decision making, interpersonal and communication skills along with excellent computer skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills along with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively.
• Experience navigating an ERP system is required, and skill in SAP is preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee production scheduling activities; communicate with operations to ensure materials are available to meet customer demand.
• Produce monthly production and inventory plan to achieve annual plan targets and meet customer delivery lead-times.
• Create Plan for Every Part (PFEP) strategy and execution to optimize inventory levels.
• Develop stocking strategies based on product segmentation and align with factory footprint.
• Interface with SIOP to align monthly production, sales, bookings, backlog, and inventory planning.
