Modine in Franklin, WI, seeks a Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor for 1st shift to oversee planning and warehouse operations, ensuring material flow aligns with production needs and inventory accuracy. The role requires leadership, communication across departments, and strong ERP/Excel proficiency.

You will drive inbound/outbound material movement, supervise staff, and monitor KPIs to improve efficiency and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, material planning, inventory control, or supply chain operations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP system experience required
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily material planning and warehouse operations, including inventory control, material movement, and storage activities
• Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules and operational requirements
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory control procedures
• Coordinate inbound and outbound material flow to support operational efficiency and on-time delivery
• Lead warehouse personnel and planning support staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, production, and planning teams to resolve material shortages and operational issues
• Monitor and report on KPIs related to inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and service levels
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and inventory control policies
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize warehouse operations and material planning efficiency
• Maintain accurate data within ERP and inventory management systems
