Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking a Material Planning & Warehouse Supervisor to oversee material planning and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory management and uninterrupted production support across our facilities.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse or supply chain operations, prior supervisory experience, strong Excel and ERP proficiency, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment across the United States.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in warehouse operations or supply chain planning.
• Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and material flow.
• Proficient in Excel; ERP system experience required.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective cross‑functional collaboration and communication.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily material planning and warehouse operations.
• Ensure material availability aligns with production schedules.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound material flow to support efficiency.
• Lead warehouse personnel and planning staff, including training.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams.
• Monitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, productivity, and service levels.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and safety standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements for warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate data within ERP and inventory systems.
