Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Materials/Inventory Specialist to manage raw material processes from procurement through Kanban, PFEP, and audits to support production across value streams. Reporting to the Material Manager and partnering with Buyers, you will drive accurate releases and data entry in SAP and Access.

Responsibilities include Kanban card execution, supplier acknowledgments, problem analysis, late material investigation, PFEP-driven warehousing, and routine purchasing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Kanban and PFEP in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in SAP and data entry for purchasing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily release management and Kanban card execution with data entry.
• Process supplier acknowledgments and communicate exceptions to buyers.
• Conduct regular analysis to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
• Investigate late material and manage packaging visual management system.
• Own SAP & Access purchasing data files; generate reports.
• Conduct routine Kanban Card audits and counts; issue indirect POs.
• Support PFEP-driven warehouse customization and administrative duties.
