Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Indiana is seeking an Inventory/Materials Clerk to support production across value streams. You will manage daily Kanban card releases, PFEP planning, and audit processes, while collaborating with Buyers and reporting to the Material Manager.

Your work includes optimizing material flow, analyzing procurement data, maintaining SAP and Access databases, and performing routine reports. A High School Diploma and MS Office proficiency are required; SAP ERP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily release management and Kanban card execution with data entry.
• Process supplier acknowledgments and communicate exceptions to buyers.
• Analyze data to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
• Investigate late material and support PFEP planning.
• Own SAP & Access purchasing data files and run routine reports.
• Assist production with home location identification and PFEP improvements.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry and coverage.
