Wanco Inc. is seeking a Materials Planner at our Arvada, CO production facility. The role focuses on managing material planning for purchased and in-house materials within our ERP system, ensuring efficient flow and production readiness.

You will maintain Min/Max and MRP, deploy monthly forecasts, review forecasts, and collaborate with purchasing and production to minimize shortages while driving KPI reporting to monitor inventory performance.

Competenze

• Strong understanding of inventory planning and replenishment.
• Experience with root cause analysis tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and value stream concepts.
• Experience using ERP data, spreadsheets, SQL, and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Maintain Min/Max and MRP within the ERP system.
• Collaborate with purchasing and production to provide replenish signals.
• Support S&OP by coordinating monthly forecast meetings.
• Maintain item classifications and planning attributes.
• Monitor shortages and inventory exceptions and drive corrections.
